Recipe - Scrambled Eggs Scrambled Eggs Ingredients 1 Egg per serving 2 Tbs Milk per serving Salt & Pepper to taste 1 Tsp Butter, Oil, or Cooking Spray In a bowl, mix the eggs and the milk. It may be easier to use a whisk as it has a tendency to really mix them well. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the butter or cooking oil and spread it over the entire bottom of the pan. Pour in the egg and milk mixture. As the egg mix begins to cook drag flip it into large or soft chunks (depending on how thick you want the eggs to be) and cook until there is no liquid egg remaining. Taste a bit of the eggs and add salt and pepper as necessary. Enjoy!
